The Story

Flying takes a toll on both body and mind. Dehydration, jet lag, sleep deprivation, anxiety, indigestion, swollen legs, and skin problems and generally triggering stress are just some of the common challenges travelers face. Yet airports rarely offer products or services that truly support travelers’ wellbeing.

During my years of frequent business travel in the finance industry, I experienced this firsthand. Spending weeks on the road across different countries meant carefully planning and packing supplements, skincare, and small wellness tools, making sure not to forget anything. Even with all that effort, it was challenging to maintain my routine considering tight schedules, flight delays, and changing time zones etc. performing at my best under these conditions often felt like an uphill battle.

Speaking with friends, work colleagues and clients, I quickly realized I wasn’t alone. Everyone shared the same frustration: airports offered little beyond unhealthy snacks and uninspiring products, making it difficult to take care of one’s health and beauty while traveling — and leaving you completely stranded if you forgot something if you are remotely conscious about your health.

This clear gap inspired me to create FABs — a destination focused on supporting travelers overall wellbeing while elevate their journey.
